1. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product details, descriptions, and images are accurate. Minor variations in appearance or dimensions may occur.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs, duties, tariffs, and import taxes.
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs or courier disruptions.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of your package.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Return requests must be submitted to hello@coolitcooler.com within 14 business days of product receipt for approval.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product and will be credited back to the original payment method.
4. Defective or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipping by contacting hello@coolitcooler.com. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

7. Force Majeure
Cool-It Cooler is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, labour disputes, transportation delays, or government restrictions).
